About GRI


What is GRI? The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® may hold the GRI designation. Is GRI worth the time, effort, and expense? Columnst Dr. Ken Edwards thinks so. Here's why. Why Become a GRI Who should attend? The 90-hour program is designed primarily for members for whom residential real estate is their main business activity. The course of study helps members increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and in the fundamentals of real estate. The Instructors are some of the best in Arizona. Our instructors are continually evaluated by students, class monitors, and a workgroup, and must maintain a minimum rating of 4.5 out of a possible 5.0.
